The NEW DreamBox 2 has arrived! Just like with the DreamBox 1, we are offering the highly requested Pre-built Service. Read on for everything you need to know to see if this option is right for you.
What does Pre-built mean?
When you select this option with your purchase, we will build your DreamBox 2 in our warehouse and deliver it to you. It will arrive in 5 pre-assembled pieces: the Center Box, 2 Side Boxes, and 2 Swing Doors. We must ship the pieces separately to ensure a safe delivery! Your job will be to unbox and move the pieces inside (requires two people), connect the hinges, add the dividers to your Side Boxes (so you can customize them where you like), assemble your Deluxe Crown (if purchased), add your totes and tracks, and move in! The Pre-built option will cut your build time down from 5-10 hours, to just 1-3.
Please note: You may have the option to upgrade to "In-Garage Delivery" or "White Glove Service" at checkout. These are great options if you will not have someone available to help on the day of your delivery or during assembly. What can you expect as your package arrives?
Once your Box is fully crafted at our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can follow your order every step of the way. As it arrives at your local delivery hub, they will contact you to schedule a time for curbside delivery. Usually, the delivery will take place within 2-3 business days.
The package is approximately 79.25"L x 46" W x 41" H. in size.
On the day of your delivery, the pre-built DreamBox will be placed on your driveway in a box. We highly recommend that you have a friend or a family member with you to help unbox it and bring your order inside. With an extra pair of hands, you’ll be able to get your DreamBox up and ready in no time!
As you unpack the crate, you will find five separate pieces of your DreamBox pre-assembled and ready to be connected together. Since your order is pre-built, you won’t have to worry about assembling the frame of your DreamBox yourself.
