Q: How much is the shipping?

We ship to all locations in the continental US. For all other orders please call our customer service to arrange a shipping quote.

We work hard to give you the lowest possible shipping rates. We calculate shipping based off location and weight of your order. All of our heavier items (200 lbs+) come on a custom pallet to help protect the product during shipping. Shipping is roughly the carrier charge (Example: FedEx)  + $20 for handling and the custom pallet.

Shipping varies depending on location, please see our shipping page for more information.

Q: How much assembly is required?

Most of our products are shipped as a "flat pack" and are Ready to Assemble.

All products need to be assembled, except for the SewingBox. The Sewingbox ships fully assembled.

Full Assembly is required on these products by the customer.

Most customers had have no problems assembling our units on their own. However if you have a physical or health limitation, it would be wise to either hire a handy man, or have friends of familiy members assit you with this process.

We will send you print instructions.

We also send a DVD that we recommend you watch prior to beginning, but please make sure you build it from the instructions as some things have been changed since we made the DVD.

Please call us if you have any questions about this process!

Q: What is The Scrapbox constructed of?

The ScrapBox is constructed from the very best materials available.

The Knotty Alder ScrapBox uses different materials for different parts.

The doors are constructed from solid knotty alder for the Knotty Alder Style with solid wood veneers on the sides.

The shelves are built using MDF (medium density fiber) to eliminate warping.

The main chassis (the inside parts) are built using chipboard which is lighter than MDF but keeps the strength needed to hold the weight of your products.

This is a standard color on ALL WorkBox, CraftBoxes, MiniBoxes and PaperTowers.

If you look at images of these products, you will notice no matter what style/color ScraBox you choose - the inside "color" is all the same.

The painted finish  (Black and White or Vanilla styles)  Scrapboxes use the same materials except the door, which is built using MDF.

Q: Are Scrapboxes on wheels (castors)?

The WorkBox & MiniBox are both on castors (wheels).

The CraftBox, EZ View Desk, PaperTower and SewingBox are not!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit Card, Cash or Check. We do accept Paypal.

Q: Do you offer an affiliate program?

Yes. Please contact us for more information about our affiliate information.
