Shipping & Delivery


Weight+Location based shipping within the Continental USA.

Your shipping costs are determined by where you are located and what you have ordered. Most orders are shipped by freight on a custom made pallet. The custom pallet is built to the dimensions of the products we are shipping and are built to help protect the product during the shipping process. All of our furniture requires full assembly once delivered. 

Accessories do not need a custom pallet to ship and shipping prices are also determined by weight and location.

Canada:  You can now order large products (over 75 lbs) through our website.  Shipping quotes are estimates and subject to change due to duties and customs.  Shipping prices may go up or down.  Please call after placing your order for an exact quote.  Call (801) 226-2686.  You may be contacted if price changes, you have additional charges, or receive money back. 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, if you live abroad and are able to arrange your own insured international freight shipping, we will gladly work with you.

Your order may take up to 5 business days to prepare for shipment.
Once prepared and depending on your location, your order will take up to 10-14 business days to be delivered. If the product you want to order is out of stock, leaving an email on our website will help us contact you when the product is back in stock.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order immediately after placing an order through our website. You will receive another e-mail with your tracking number prior to shipping your items. For questions about receipt deliveries please e-mail

Process of Delivery

Once your order has arrived in your city, you will receive a call from the shipping company to the phone number you provided to us during checkout, to schedule your delivery. 

When your order is delivered you will be required to sign for it

Please briefly inspect the shipment with the driver to see if there are external damages.
If there is damage, take pictures so that we can make a claim for shipping damages. 
If any damage is discovered when you open your order, please call us immediately. 

**IMPORTANT: The freight companies CANNOT take your DELIVERY into your house. All deliveries are CURBSIDE only. This is a common policy among all freight companies. Special accommodations for your shipment may be worked out between you and the freight company. Freight companies may charge up to $120.00 in additional fees for special requested services. 

The WorkBox, EZ View Desk, The Teresa Collins StudioBox, MetalBox, MiniBox, and Studio Tower are shipped on a special wood pallet for shipping protection and can be discarded.
